Who We Are

The Diamond Chix 14U team is proud to return a full roster for the third consecutive year. This group of athletes have grown together season after season, developing a deep bond built on trust, camaraderie, and accountability. With shared experience and a strong team culture, each player understands her role and puts in the work to get the job done—on and off the field.

The Diamond Chix organization is an independent, coach-run program founded on the values of leadership, teamwork, and character development. Our 14U team has been led by Head Coach Adam Holcomb and Assistant Coach Wade Todd since its inception in 2021 and still includes four of the original players. Together, with the addition of Assistant Coach Mark Kaye, they’ve helped shape a team that embodies what it means to be both a great teammate and a fierce competitor.

We believe success isn’t just measured in wins, but in how much you grow—learning from every game, every rep, every at-bat, and every play. Our players are taught to approach the game with a “short-term memory” mindset: shake off the mistakes, stay present, and believe in yourself and your teammates every step of the way.

As we head into a season filled with A-level tournaments and bigger challenges, our athletes are excited to continue developing their game and preparing for the future.
